I’m a Command Sergeant Major, MBA candidate, and lifelong learner focused on leadership, strategy, and innovation. Across 22 years in Army aviation, my work has always centered on building capable teams, navigating complexity, and delivering results without losing sight of the people behind them.
Today, I’m investing in growth, deepening my skills in strategic planning and organizational leadership, and in emerging technologies like AI and data analytics. I believe good leadership is confident consistency: clear thinking, steady presence, and the ability to help others thrive through change.
Outside of work, I stay grounded through language study (Portuguese), long runs, and returning to the piano. Above all, I’m grateful for the partnership of an incredible wife who challenges me to lead better, think deeper, and live fully.
